At Restore Health LLC, we combine the best of the traditional endocrinology science with the integrative approach of functional medicine. Together, we will take on a journey to better health, not just management of chronic conditions. The focus of the practice is endocrine functional medicine, and includes diabetes, thyroid disease, weight–related concerns, adrenal function, osteoporosis, pituitary disease, calcium–related disorders, cholesterol issues, nutritional and exercise plans.
The practice is completely separate from Dr. Duben’s traditional endocrine practice and does not participate with any insurance plans. The payment is strictly fee-for-service and includes $495 for the initial 1–1.5 hour consultation, $250 for the subsequent 30 minute follow-up visit and $150 for the thyroid ultrasound.
